About Natalie Wasserberg
Natalie’s career path started in finance, where she worked in the biggest international corporations and banks on Wall Street. While her career in finance was very successful, Natalie wanted more. She knew that there was more to life than making a good living. Her passion for self-discovery and self-improvement would follow her wherever she worked drawing her colleagues for advice about life purpose, relationships, healing, nutrition, healthy lifestyle, attracting love, mindfulness, psychology and other life challenges people experience. She finally accepted that it was her true purpose in life – to grow, help others and be the light in the world. So she began her transition from the field of finance to the world of psychology, spirituality and holistic wellness.
Natalie enrolled in various wellness programs, which were beneficial, but did not completely capture what she was searching for. When an opportunity opened up to attend a new, forward-looking Master’s program at Columbia University, with a focus on spiritual psychology and mind-body connection, Natalie elected to become a pioneer in this new field. Studying with many teachers, going on soul searching retreats domestically and internationally, practicing yoga and meditation for many years, she was no stranger to spiritual pursuits. However, at Columbia University, Natalie was able to find scientific proof, supported by research, that mind and body are not separate and distinct, and that spirituality in one’s life is the ultimate passage to a happy and fulfilling existence.
While studying for her Master’s degree at Columbia University, Natalie developed and led a workshop focused on releasing limiting patterns and creating the life of our dreams, which was a great success on campus, and was given the highest rating. Due to its high demand, Natalie and her workshop partner offered the workshop for 3 semesters to PhD students.
After graduation, Natalie developed and currently offers workshops on healing childhood wounds, releasing limiting patterns, relationship and marital struggles, finding true love, and mindful parenting. She works with men and women on any issue or concern they would like to resolve: healing past traumas, relationship problems, finding a life partner, moving current relationship forward, reviving current relationship and sex life, navigating breakups and starting over again, finding a fulfilling career, finding joy and peace in motherhood and so much more. As Natalie says herself “Soul is the limit”, it’s up to us to create the life we truly desire and dare to imagine.
Natalie is also a certified somatic practitioner and helps her clients release complex and acute traumas not just from their minds but also their bodies. Her somatic therapy helps in treating stress, anxiety and physical health problems. She has helped couples save their marriage and create a deeper connection.
Natalie’s approach is truly integrative and individualized. Everyone is unique and there is no one single formula, and this is where Natalie truly excels in identifying what will help each client the most to heal.
Natalie is a shining example that we can be, do, or have anything we want in this life, and she’s on a personal quest to help others discover this inherent power inside of themselves so that they too can live the life of their dreams.
Natalie is also an author. She self-published a children’s book and is currently working on a series of children’s book on mindfulness.
